Description
Amendment 1: Updated 3/10/2026 to change the CMMC level requirement from Level 2 to Level 1. PHNSYIMF requires a qualified Contractor to provide annual preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration of four (4) Omax and Flow Waterjets, performed by an OEM qualified service technician, including phone support and report, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract. The tentative Period of Performance (PoP) for this service is: Base Period: 01-APR-2026 - 31 MAR 2027, Option Year 1: 01-APR-2027 - 31 MAR 2028, Option Year 2: 01-APR-2028 - 31 MAR 2029, Option Year 3: 01-APR-2029 - 31 MAR 2030. This notice is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The PSC code is J049 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. Please note the following: ? The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-26-Q-0027. Quotes are due no later than Monday, 03/17/2026 at 12:00 a.m. HST. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-02, DFARS 12/18/2024, and NMCARS 18-22. Follow the solicitation instructions under FAR 52.212-1 Addendum when submitting quote. All questions regarding solicitation N32253-25-Q-0027 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs.
