CUI PAPER SHREDDING SERVICES

Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE UNTIL 23 OCT 2025. Anniston Army Depot requires the destruction of accumulated records using either the single destruction method with an NSA EPL shredder to 1x5mm size or a multi-step method per CUI Notice 2019-02 for Destroying Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in Paper Form. The shredder models and methods used must be disclosed for verification and approval by the organization. Records destruction services are preferred to be onsite, but shipment to a destruction facility may be considered after thorough review of the vendors equipment and process to ensure compliance with NIST, DoD, and Army regulations and policies. Certificates of destruction are required. The government will notify the contractor when sufficient boxes are accumulated for destruction.
