Description
Combined Synopsis � Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA460826QS011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for propane and delivery services. This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. This document primarily incorporates provisions and clauses by reference IAW Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable. Full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotations. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. If funds are not available to fund the entire contract value, the Government reserves the right to re-evaluate quotations by unit price per service and issue an award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for each individual service needed. Description of Requirement: The purpose of this requirement is or a BPA to provide comprehensive propane gas and delivery services on Barksdale AFB, LA. These services are to include, but are not limited to, the supply of propane gas in cylinders, the provision of liquid propane for supply tanks, and the replacement of spent gas cartridges. An essential component of this requirement is the periodic inspection of all government-owned propane tanks and associated infrastructure, including all lines, pipes, shut-off valves, and meters to ensure their continued safe and reliable operation. This requirement is a recurring need, and the quantity of both the propane gas and the associated services is not known in advance and is expected to vary considerably from month to month IAW Attachment 1 Statement of Work, Dated 4 February 2026 Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 Product/Service Description: Propane Tank Quantity: 1 Unit: EA CLIN 0002 Product/Service Description: Fill Valve Quantity: 1 Unit: EA CLIN 0003 Product/Service Description: High Pressure Regulator Quantity: 1 Unit: EA Best Value Determination: Contract award will be based on price/technical to determine best value.
