Description
AMENDMENT - The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work. The updated Statement of Work fully replaces the previous version. Vendor inquiries and RFQ submission due dates remain unchanged. Offerors are encouraged to review the entire solicitation and all attachments prior to submitting their quote. All RFQ questions shall be received not later than 4:00 pm PT, June 29 , 2026, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov. Subject line shall include �INQUIRY TO RFQ 36C26226Q0512� for consideration. All answers to inquiries received by due date and time will be addressed through an amendment. No further inquiries will be addressed after due date. Submission of your response shall be received not later than 11:00 am PT, July 14, 2026, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov. Subject line shall include �RESPONSE TO RFQ 36C26226Q0512� for consideration. RFQ response must be in PDF format; it is the vendors responsibility to ensure that the quote/offer is received on time. Instructions for quote submission are included on Attachment 1 FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Evalution Factors are included on Attachment 2 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services. These services were previously acquired on contracts 36C26226C0147 and 36C26223D0013.
