Solicitation for End Item:AWACS E-3A Aircraft, Housing, Gearbox, NSN: 2840-01-199-0642, 1000236229. TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 60 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE 1991 DAYS AFAA. Government FAT required. Export Control and Configuration Control item. Critical Application item. NAICS is 336412. This is 100% small business set aside, full and open competition procurement. Potential Sources: Ambel Precision Mfg., CAGE 54850; Logistical Support LLC, CAGE 55064; Vital Engineered Components Co., CAGE 61999; Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., CAGE 76823; Northrop Grumman Technical Services, CAGE 0JRC1; JJET Enterprises, CAGE 0NNH0; Mid-America Aerotech LLC, CAGE 0UES3. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the 5-year base period will be 40 each. Export Control drawings apply. Limited specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described will be furnished by the Government. Request is for a written proposal. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on the issue date cited in the solicitation.
