Description

Naval Facilities Engineering System Command (NAVFAC) Mid- Atlantic requirement: The contractor shall provide all educational services, instructors, and reference materials necessary to deliver electrician and HVAC training for up to 30 apprentices during the spring, summer, and fall semesters from 2026 through 2031. Training will span five (5) years, consisting of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Apprentices will complete 12?18 credit hours per semester, leading to a career certificate in their trade within three (3) semesters. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded.
