Description

The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Assateague Island National Seashore in Berlin, Maryland. Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to rehabilitate the MD Developed Zone water distribution system as detailed in the Scope of Work, drawings and Specifications, included with the solicitation documents. Participants will meet at 6633 Bayberry Drive, Berlin, MD 21811. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to all questions received, provide the list of attendees to the organized pre-bid site-visit, provide additional supplemental information based on questions received, provide revised drawings, specifications, and supplemental SOW based on questions received and clarifications provided, provide the updated DOL Wage Determination dated 05/18/2026, and to extend the date for receipt of offers.
