Firms are permitted to utilize both section E and section H to show that their team and approach makes them the most highly qualified. Only a single electronic copy is required to be submitted to stephen.gulotta@va.gov Is there an estimated value for the project(s) at this time? The Government will not provide the estimated value. Is there a total page limit for the entire submission document or only limits for Section E: Resumes, Section F: Example Projects and Section H: Additional Information? There are only limits for the sections. Are CPARS or PPQs for projects listed in Section F required to be attached to this submission? If so, will they count toward overall page limit? CPARs and PPQs may be submitted but are not required. This will not count toward the overall page limit. Can the resume limit be increased to 15 as there are 15 required disciplines listed in the SOW document attached to this solicitation? Resumes have been increased to 15 If resumes remain limited to 10, can you clarify which disciplines should be prioritized for evaluation? Acceptable resumes have been increased to 15. The Government will not clarify which disciplines will be prioritized for evaluation.
