Description
Good Day, I am A1C Mendoza from the 18th Contracting Squadron located on Kadena AB in Okinawa, JP. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The associated codes for this requirement is NAICS (811310) and PSC (J036). Solicitation number FA527026Q0011 is issued as a Request for Quotation for Hoist and Cranes Maintenance for Multiple Installations across Okinawa, JP. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Please see the attached SF1449, Solicitation Document, for additional details, and other terms and conditions. Also, see the attached PWS along with its attachments ( Additional maps and appendixes will be provided at the in-person site visit). The Site Visit is scheduled for 17 April 2026, at Camp Courtney (Main Gate) at 0900 hours. Please Complete Attachment 4 - Site Visit Form by 9 April 2026, 1100 hours (JST) if your company wishes to attend site visit. Questions will be due 22 April 2026 at 1100 hours (JST).
