COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N26QA077 Cottage Grove (CTG) Sewage Plant - Sewer Pump and Controller Lane County, OR. U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 7 May 2026 *An amendment to the solicitation has been issued. This amendment removes FAR clause 52.219-33 "Nonmanufacturer Rule", in compliance with FAR 19.505(a)(2), and SBA regulation 13 CFR 121.406(c). The SF30, fully updated SF1449, and an updated combined/synopsis document have been posted in the attachment section of this post. No other changes have been made to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W9127N26QA077 is for the replacement of two Vertical Turbine sewer effluent pumps, a duplex pump controller, and necessary spare parts for the Cottage Grove Sewage Plant to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the facility. Please see the attached Purchase Description for additional information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333914 � Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
