COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N26QA077 Cottage Grove (CTG) Sewage Plant - Sewer Pump and Controller Lane County, OR. U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 7 May 2026 *An amendment to the solicitation has been issued. This amendment removes FAR clause 52.219-33 "Nonmanufacturer Rule", in compliance with FAR 19.505(a)(2), and SBA regulation 13 CFR 121.406(c). The SF30, fully updated SF1449, and an updated combined/synopsis document have been posted in the attachment section of this post. No other changes have been made to this solicitation. Offerors are required to acknowledge this amendment by providing a signed copy of the SF30 when submitting quotes. ** Two new documents have been added in the attachment section. Drawings of the existing system equipment, and a photo of the current system's nameplate. These documents have been added to help provide additional information for interested offerors. *** Two additional documents have been added in the attachment section. A list of questions received from industry in regards to this requirement and the government's response, as well as a pump performance datasheet which may list helpful information. 12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information is included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W9127N26QA077 is for the replacement of two Vertical Turbine sewer effluent pumps, a duplex pump controller, and necessary spare parts for the Cottage Grove Sewage Plant to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the facility. Please see the attached Purchase Description for additional information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333914 � Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Quotes are to be submitted to john.r.scukanec@usace.army.mil,NLT 2:00 PM PST on 22 MAY 2026. Please submit any questions to John Scukanec through email. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to John Scukanec, questions will not be responded to by phone. Delivery Information: Deliver all listed materials to the Cottage Grove Sewer Plant approximately 5 miles from Cottage Grove Oregon. The facility does not have an address. Therefore, delivery must be coordinated with USACE WVP GM Supervisor Tim Stratis. Timarion.Stratis@usace.army.mil / (541) 349-3047. Submittal Instructions Quotes shall be submitted to John Scukanec at john.r.scukanec@usace.army.mil and include the following: 1) Solicitation Number 2) Date of Submittal 3) Acknowledgement of any Amendments 4) Pricing for all CLINs. Refer to the "combined synopsis solicitation" in the attachment section for a table layout of all CLINs. 5) Contractor Name, UEI Number, Cage Code 6) Estimated lead time for delivery of items if 30 calendar days ARO cannot be met. 7) Mechanical Drawings/Spec Sheets as described in the Purchase Description. FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price.
