At the flagpole intersection, bear right. Enter the Navigation Lock Visitor Area parking lot just past the guard station as the road veers to the left. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Portland District, Bonneville Cascade Lock & Dam in Oregon. Contractors who plan to attend the pre-quote site visit at Bonneville Lock & Dam MUST notify USACE (Raymie.L.Briddell@usace.army.mil & Ami.D.Felt@usace.army.mil )with the following information: Full Names, Company Representing, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers of ALL people planning to visit and confirm that everyone is a U.S. Citizen. All attendees MUST bring the following to the 12 May 2026, Site Visit: Real ID Driver�s license (or) Enhanced driver�s license Federal Identification Cards PIC/CAC/PIV/Etc. Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) United States Passport or United States Passport Card Driver�s license issued by the Department of State Hard Hats Safety Vest Steel Toed Shoes Please come prepared with questions and questions provided via email to Raymie.L.Briddell@usace.army.mil & Ami.D.Felt@usace.army.mil by Thursday, May 7 2026, noon PDT, will be made a priority to address at the site visit. THIS IS A SOLICICATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN RFO FAR 12.202(b). 1. Solicitation Number: W9127N26QA066 2. Solicitation Issue Date: 28 April 2026 3. The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes. 5: Request for Quote Service Description: This solicitation is for routine monthly elevator & escalator maintenance, minor repairs, emergency egress, and required inspections in compliance with the most recent editions of ASME A 17.1 and A17.2. The base period of performance is from award through 31 DEC 2026, with four (4), twelve (12) month options periods. 6.
