Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12, Streamlined Procedures in accordance with FAR 12 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Solicitation 36C26026Q0192 is issued as a request for Quotation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Small business (SB) set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 332919 and small business size 750 Employees. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Tacoma, WA has a requirement for pressure relieve valves QTY8EA. TERMS: This requirement incorporates one or more clauses/provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Representatives from potential Offerors or on behalf of potential Offerors shall not contact any VA Medical Center representative to discuss nor inquire about this solicitation.
