Description
The Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center (FAALC) intends to award a single source contract to ATA Engineering, Inc. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center proposes to acquire, under single source Engineering Services for Strain Testing on the ARSR-4 using Strain Gauge Measurements In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA. This procurement is considered to be single-sourced based on CPI proprietary data for this equipment. This announcement is for informational purposes only and not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. This requirement will be awarded to ATA Engineering, Inc. and is not available for full and open competition. All questions pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to the Contract Specialist, Nina Musser, nina.j.musser@faa.gov, by 3pm on Tuesday, 09 July 2026.
