Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Manufacture Name, part number offered, and technical specifications sheet/drawings has to be included with any quotes. The Air National Guard (ANG) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order for 20 Deutz Model D2011L04i 24V, Tier 4 Engines capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications, outlined in Attachment 1 - Purchase Description. All quotes must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable. See Combined Synopsis Solicitation-(20 Eng) attachment for requirement instructions. The following attachments are associated with this solicitation: Attachment 1 - Purchase Description Attachment 2 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation Attachment 3 - Brand Name Justification Atatchment 4 - Pricing Workbook DATES TO REMEMBER: Questions Due NLT 4 March 2026 Government Answers provided NLT 11 March 2026 Quotes must be valid through 31 Dec 2026 Responses Deadline NLT 19 March 2026 Amendment 0001 - Issued 3 March 2026 The purpose of this amendment is as follows (changes made to the Attachment 2 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation) : 1. Change the Questions due date from 4 March 2026 to 8 April 2026 2. Change the Government Answers due date from 11 March 2026 to 15 April 2026 3. Change solicitation close date from 19 March 2026 to 30 April 2026. 4. Remove Point of Contact information. The only appropriate POCs for this solciitaiton is the listed Contracting Officer, Major Michael McDowell. 5. All other items remain unchanged.
