Description

The 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota Air Base, intends to award a sole?source purchase to Military Airlift Experts LLC (MILAIRX LLC) for ten (10) 15?Modular Shoring Kits (DAMAS) in support of the 730th Air Mobility Squadron (730 AMS), Yokota AB, Japan. This Notice of Intent does not constitute a request for competitive proposals, nor is it a solicitation or a request for offers. This action is being processed in accordance with FAR 12.102(a) as a sole?source acquisition for the products described in the attached product specification sheet. Market research indicates that only MILAIRX LLC has previously demonstrated the capability to meet these requirements. However, all responsible sources who believe they can meet the specifications are invited to submit written documentation detailing their ability to provide the required products, along with evidence that their items meet all certification requirements. The Government will consider all information received solely to determine whether a competitive procurement is appropriate. The decision to compete this requirement remains entirely at the discretion of the Government. The closing date for this notice is 15 May 2026 at 1300 Japan Standard Time.
