Project Title: B1130 Roof Replacement Project Location: Shaw AFB. This is a construction requirement for the design, demolition, and replacement of the roof for the AFCENT Headquarters building 1130 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 04 June 2026. Period of Performance: 293 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(F) is valued between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Add updated attachment 02 - SOW dated 04 June 2026 and remove SOW dated 19 March 2026. 2. Add attachment 20 - Repair Roof AFCENT B1130 Questions and Responses from CE.3.
