Amendment 1: The solicitation is amended to incorporate the following revisions: The proposal due date is hereby revised from May 17, 2016 to May 24, 2016, 2:00 PM EDT. The Past Performance questionnaire (Attachment 9) due date is hereby revised to May 24, 2016 2:00 PM EDT Please be advised that (Attachment 10-Contractor Performance Evaluation form) is removed in its entirety. Questions submitted to the SHEPIDIQ.gov email (Per section L.4 of the solicitation) are still under review. May 6, 2016 is the anticipated date for the government responses to questions submitted to the SHEPIDIQ.gov email. No further inquiries will be accepted!
