To:?DDC-I Inc 4545 E. Shea Blvd., Suite 210 Phoenix, AZ 85028 as the only authorized distributor in this territory.?? ? THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
