*****July 15, 2025- Amendment R0003-The following action was taking on July 15, 2025. The due date for the receipt of proposals is NOT extended. Quotes are due 23 July 2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Please see the attached Amendment W912DW25R0018R0003. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by number and date on offer. The purpose of this project is to install a new emergency closure system at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, Lake Washington Ship Canal, Seattle, WA. An emergency closure structure is any device designed to be placed in rapidly flowing water under differential head to prevent the loss of pool if the lock miter gates are damaged and can no longer function to control the pool.
