Description

Offerors, In this announcement is Request for Proposal (RFP) # AOCSSB26R0002 for Senate Food and Related Services for the United States Senate under the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). Offerors must follow the RFP instructions outlined in Section L to help us evaluate your proposal. Questions regarding the RFP package are requested by Friday, April 24 at 12:00 pm ET. Questions must be submitted via Kiteworks. Offerors shall use the first two columns of Attachment J.16 - Questions Template to submit questions. A Pre-proposal Conference and Walk-through of Senate facilities will be held Monday, April 27, 2026. Companies are asked to limit participation to no more than two (2) individuals per vendor. Please provide vendor identifying information for the walk-through via email to the CO and CS. Meeting location and details will be provided upon registration. The final proposal submission will be due Wednesday, May 20 at 12:00 pm ET. Proposals must be received via AOC�s Secure File Transfer Site - Kiteworks as stated in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Contractor. ***Offerors are encouraged to request access to Kiteworks via email as soon as possible*** List of RFP Attachments: AOCSSB26R0002 � Standard Form (SF) 33 Section B � Supplies and/or Services and Prices Section C � Statement of Work Section L � Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Contractor Section M � Evaluation Factors for Award RFP Attachments J.1 through J.25 RFP Attachment J.2 (drawings) will require the completion of a nondisclosure agreement form, which is attachment J.22. Be advised that Attachments J.18 and J.19 shall not be completed until a contract (award) is issued; please do not complete these forms as a part of your proposal submission. Note (April 13, 2026): The AOC noticed two attachments (SF-33 and Attachment C) did not properly upload. Please review the attachments. This is not an official amendment as nothing has changed to the requirement since the original posting.
