Description
This Source Sought Notice (SSN) is issued for market information and planning for future acquisition in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). Responses to notice 36C26226Q0496 will improve the understanding of the Government s requirement and industry capabilities. It will enhance the Government s ability to obtain quality supplies and allow for potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government s requirement. This is not a solicitation announcement. Responses to this notice cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Information received shall be safeguarded adequately from unauthorized disclosure. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking sources that can provide Brand name or Equal Food Carts and Base Stations for VA San Diego Healthcare System. Reference attached SSN 36C26226Q0496, Statement of Work (SOW), and Salient Characteristics for details. VA San Diego will have a site visit on March 23, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon). Site visit point of contact is Amanda.Hibshman@va.gov, Office: 858-642-3492 x3492, Mobile: (619) 203-2962. Meeting place is building 128, Main Kitchen.
