Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, in conjunction with the procedures in RFO Part 36 and the principles of RFO Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. Solicitation number FA4528-26-R-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to provide flooring installation, repair, and replacement services at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238330. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The Government intends to award approximately three (3) to five (5) Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation.
