REPAIR INTERIOR FINISHES DAWSON HALL

Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to complete the kitchen renovations as identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and, if awarded, the option item(s) for the repair of the interior finishes to the 2nd Deck Corridor 233 Bathrooms, 2nd Deck Corridor 234 Bathrooms, 1st Deck Corridor Bathrooms, and the 1st Floor Room 108 & Corridor 147 Carpet. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 06/04/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email addresses listed above no later than 5/29/26. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 05/27/26 at 1300 Eastern Time at USCG Dawson Hall located at 17323 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 22315. Interested parties must arrange site visits with LCDR Jordan Bogden at Jordan.C.Bogden@uscg.mil. All visitors must submit a copy of their valid Driver's License to LCDR Bogden no later than 1400 on 5/26/26 to schedule their site visit scheduled for 5/27/26 at 1300. Full name, date of birth, and Driver's License number must be provided.
