Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV26QA012, for Round 2 Gate Attendant Services for various locations in Northern Area Public Site Areas in Oklahoma within Tulsa District. There are currently 7 purchase orders anticipated, at Canton Lake, Heyburn Lake, Keystone Lake, Oologah Lake, and Skiatook Lake. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $10M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is M1PA. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only in the Solicitation Module on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil/. It is the contractors responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period and two (2) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion.
