Description
Purchase and install such as (Kawneer Trifab VersaGlaze), (Oldcastle 3000) aluminum/glass doors for replacement of existing storefront systems and hollow metal doors for remainder of personnel doors. Doors need to be fabricated to specifications listed below. 2. Contractor will provide and verify field measurements. 3. Exterior storefronts are Aluminum Bronze Frame with 1� insulated Bronze tinted Low-e glass installed to full height and width of doors. 4. Doors should have a minimum of a 10� bottom rail. 5. Exterior doors will have keyed locks that will accept �BEST� cores with panic hardware. 6. Interior doors will have push/pull hardware with no locks. 7. Install Bronze surface mount closers on all doors. 8. Include thresholds, door sweeps, and weather strip on exterior doors. 9. Ensure proper seal around all door frames. 10. Support MHAFB�s recycling policy in accordance with Executive Order 13101. Remove and deliver old doors, hardware, and material to building 1800 Recycle Center.
