Amendment 0011 is hereby issued against COG 8 Solicitation SPE60525R0221. Offerors are required to complete SF-30, Blocks 15A. through C., Page 1 only, and return via electronic email to the email addresses listed in item 3 by October 21, 2025 at 8:00 pm (EST) Fort Belvoir, VA local time. This amendment is open to all SPE60525R0221 Respondents only. The purpose of this Amendment 0011 is for Cluster 8 and Cluster 13 line items only is for the following reasons: 1. Offerors shall submit a Statement of Compliance for all line items offered for Cluster 8 (Line Item 00018 � Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JAA)) and Cluster 13 (Line Items 0042 � Gasoline, Automotive (MUR), 0043 � Diesel Fuel (DS2) and 0058 � Gas Oil, Marine (MGO)) and comply with all requirements in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, ADDENDUM TO EVALUATION � COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021), Factor 1 � Technical Capability, Subfactor 1: Statement of Compliance and Attachment E � DLA Energy Quality Provisions � C-E QAPS as follows: [Name of Offeror] proposes to deliver [product] conforming to [specification].
