Description
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to issue a Request for Quotes for lodging and meeting facilities to support the NLRB�s Regional Directors Training Conference scheduled for August 23�28, 2026. The venue must be a hotel located in Virginia or Washington, D.C., within seven miles of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The hotel shall provide up to 55 sleeping rooms per night at or below the government per diem rate, with the option to release unreserved rooms on August 10, 2026. Guest rooms must be clean, well furnished, include standard amenities, free high?speed internet, and offer accessible rooms as needed. An onsite restaurant is required, and access to a clean, well?maintained exercise facility and business center is preferred. Parking must be available. Meeting space requirements include one general session room for 60 participants, four breakout rooms seating 10 participants each, and one storage room available August 23�24. Rooms must include adequate electrical outlets. Preferred layouts are round tables in the general session and a conference table in each breakout room. A registration table with three chairs and a podium are required. Audiovisual support shall include, at minimum, a large screen or monitor, HDMI cables, two lavalier microphones, two wireless microphones, and all equipment needed for operation. Each breakout room must have a monitor and required accessories. The NLRB will contract directly with the hotel and not through a third?party vendor.
