Description

June 4, 2026: AMENDMENT 02: Please find an attendee list for the May 21st TSA Gold+ Industry Day event, as well as a copy of the slide deck that was presented at the Industry Day event, in the attachments section below. May 22, 2026: AMENDMENT 01: The submission period for feedback, comments, and questions on the draft PWS and Evaluation Factors is extended to 5PM ET May 27, 2025. Please use the TSA Gold+ Program - Special Notice Feedback Form link found in the Links Section below to submit. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is pleased to announce the forthcoming TSA Gold+ procurementa transformative initiative to modernize aviation security at select U.S. airports through robust public-private partnership. TSA Gold+ will leverage industry expertise and innovation to deliver an integrated, outcome-based solution encompassing workforce, technology, and maintenance, all under TSAs rigorous regulatory oversight. This program builds on the Screening Partnership Program (SPP) and is designed to accelerate innovation, improve passenger experience, and ensure operational excellence. TSA is releasing the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Evaluation Factors for industry review and feedback. We invite interested vendors, airports, and stakeholders to provide comments, questions, and suggestions. TSA Gold+ is a voluntary, opt-in model where procurement costs must not exceed the governments cost for staffing, while requiring the contractor to deliver the full scope of screening services, technology, and maintenance. Our goal is to foster true partnership with industry to deliver best-in-class security and efficiency for the traveling public. To further engage with industry and stakeholders, TSA will host a TSA Gold+ Industry Day on May 21, 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m. (hybrid format: in-person at TSA HQ and virtual attendance available). Interested parties are required to register for Industry Day by COB May 18, 2026 and participate in this important dialogue. The Registration Form link can be found in the Links Section below. PLEASE USE THE SPECIAL NOTICE FEEDBACK FORM FOR ALL QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS.
