1/22/26: Amendment 2 updating RFI to include APL spreadsheet for industry comments, please see attached "RFI 2-incentives.doc" and the "APLs for RFI.xlsx": please submit reponses via email by COB 2/5/26 Amendment 1: Incumbent information- contract number SP330022D5001 and the contractor is Amentum Services, Inc. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing this Special Notice as a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the acquisition of CMS / 3PL support services for DLA Aviation in support of the Fleet Readiness Centers, FRC East (Cherry Point, NC), FRC Southeast (Jacksonville, FL), FRC Mid-Atlantic (Norfolk/Oceania, VA), FRC Southwest (North Island, CA) related to the managing, procuring, storing, and delivery of hazardous material to the FRCs. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research to learn more about industry�s perspective, best practices, risks, and recommendations related to the Government�s draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is looking for industry�s interest and feedback to ensure the requirement has been clearly defined, is not restrictive in nature, and is achievable as written. Further information regarding this RFI is described in the attached documents: Special Notice, Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1 - Vendor Information Form, Historical Data, and Never Out Lists. The attachments are only for the purposes of providing a response to the Special Notice/RFI. They do not constitute a finalized draft for use in preparing a response to any forthcoming solicitation. The attachments provide an idea of the scope and magnitude of the requirement. In addition to the above, the purpose of the Special Notice is to solicit industry's feeback and best practices. Responses to this notice will be considered in determining the best approach for any potential future acquisition
