Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District (NWK) has a recurring requirement to acquire Architect-Engineer (A-E) Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW)/Environmental Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) for execution of its environmental mission. These contracts are being procured, consistent with 40 USC Chapter 11 and Public Law 107-217, known as the Architect-Engineer Statute, as implemented in the RFO 36.6. Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for required work stated in the synopsis. These contracts will be used for work assigned to the Northwestern Division (NWD) Districts (including Kansas City, Omaha, and Seattle Districts). In support of this effort, the Government intends to award a minimum of three (3) contracts to Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms with a shared contract capacity of $15 million. The Contracting Officer has sole discretion during the selection process to award more than three (3) contracts based on the selection criteria, or awarding none at all.
