Description
Construct a new Flight Simulator Facility at Ellsworth Air Force Base - Am-0003: The purpose of this amendment is to update the drawings/specs (see Summary of Changes, dated 11/19/2025), revise the DIV 00 21 00 (ProjNet Bidder Inquiry closing date change), and revise the proposal due date. The proposal due date has been extended to 18 December 2025 at 1400 Central Time.
