Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to procure the Next Generation Bomb Hoist (NGBH) Support Equipment. This procurement is for NGBH in accordance with a Technical Data Package (TDP) to use for the delivery of pilot and production units. This procurement will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under Reference Solicitation Number N6833526R1012. The Government anticipates the award of a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a minimum quantity of four (4) Pilot Production Units (PPUs) to be purchased with the first Delivery Order. After successful completion of contractor and Government testing, the Government plans to issue delivery orders for the production units over four (4) production years for up to a maximum quantity of nine hundred (900) production units. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government. Small Business interested vendors must be registered as ACTIVE: in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. The SAM website can be accessed at www.sam.gov. All Small Businesses who express interest must have a current form DD2345, �MILITARILY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT-� and hold a Level 2 (Self) Cyber Security Maturation Certificate. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 22 July 2026 at 3:00 PM to Melanie Simon at melanie.k.simon.civ@us.navy.mil. Content should be limited to ten (10) pages.
