Description
This requirement is in support of the Pacific Targets Marine Operations Division, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, California, with GQM-163A target Operations and Maintenance (O&M) requirements. This contract includes operation, maintenance and upload of GQM-163A targets onto launcher(s) prior to target launch. This contract also includes the development of flight trajectories and technical data packages as defined O&M activities for GQM-163A aerial target systems required to ensure that United States Navy weapon systems Test and Evaluation and development tests are adequately supported. This contract includes support for U.S. Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sales testing activities. The purpose of the O&M is for the build-up, test, and launch of the target. DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry that an award was made. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government awarded a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for an ordering period of 60 months. The solicitation was Sole Source in accordance with 10 U.S.C 3204(b)(B)(ii). * Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code�s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI.
