SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FY26 SHRINE PROJECT � HEADSTONE RAISE & REALIGN / TURF RENOVATION YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL CEMETERY � LAUREL, MT THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be provided for any costs associated with responding to this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is conducting market research to identify Service?Disabled Veteran?Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of performing the requirements of the FY26 Shrine Project at Yellowstone National Cemetery, located at 55 Buffalo Trail Road, Laurel, MT 59044. PROJECT OVERVIEW The anticipated project includes, but is not limited to: � Raising, lowering, realigning, leveling, backfilling, and cleaning 628 upright granite headstones in Section B. � Turf renovation and re?establishment of approximately 17,082 sq. ft.
