Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside. In their responses, offerors must explicitly identify their business size based on the applicable size standards to remain eligible for award. This requirement is managed by the Operational Contracting Division of the Air Force Test Center at Eglin AFB, Florida. The Government seeks to award a single-award Firm-Fixed-Price Definitive Contract to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of the aircraft Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) Fueled Fire Trainer. All work will be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 30 April 2026. The Contractor shall maintain one (1) constructed aircraft LPG trainer located at the following location: Eglin AFB, Florida. The Contractor shall perform all required inspections and preventive maintenance in accordance TO 35E1-2- 13-1, this SOW, commercial standards and Appendix 1A � USAF Aircraft Live Fire Trainer Facility (AFTF) Inspection & Testing Requirements. The Contractor shall also perform winterization and de-winterization services. The base year will require 3 inspections, an initial startup inspection in addition to the two semiannual inspections in conjunction with the winterization/de-winterization. This acquisition is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside. In their responses, offerors must explicitly identify their business size based on the applicable size standards to remain eligible for award.
