Solicitation: SPE1C1-26-R-0066 **PLEASE NOTE: Offerors shall submit proposals via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) and submit Product Demonstration Models to the address listed on page 3 of solicitation SPE1C1-26-R-0066. In order for an offer to be considered timely, both Product Demonstration Models and Solicitation Package MUST be received by May 22, 2026 3:00PM EST.** This is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: Parka, Navy Working Uniform (NWU), Woodland Camouflage, Type III NSN Series: 8415-01-573-4754 PGC: 03612 PD/CID/Spec: NCTRF PD 04-09C dated 20 January 2012 Pattern Date: 14 December 2020 This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Refer to Section I of the solicitation for full-text of FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside and its Alternate I.
