Description

CBP is acquiring contractor services 8(a) set aside) to perform maintenance, repair and improvement services for El Paso (EBT) and Big Bend North (BBT) assets in the El Paso Sector, in the following categories: roads and bridges; fence and gates (including concertina wire); vegetation control; debris removal; border lighting and electrical; drainage and grate systems; and tunnel remediation. These services will be required for CBP�s tactical infrastructure EBT BBT assets within the El Paso Sector in El Paso, Texas. Maintenance: Work required to preserve TI assets or equipment in such a condition that it may be effectively utilized for its designated purpose. Work to restore an existing asset to pre-existing condition so that it may be effectively utilized for its designated purpose. Work that enhances the mission and functional capabilities of an asset through an addition, expansion, or adaptation. Work effort will be confined to the existing TI footprint. Unscheduled (see below) work that exceeds $750,000.00 will not be executed under this contract. This is a Single Awrad 5-Year Contract with two (2) execution tiers: 1-Scheduled Maintenance, 2 � Unscheduled Maintenance. Site visits have been completed and only vendors that attended the site visits will be able to move forward with the proposal process. Those companies that attended the site visits must submit their phase one factor one- Experience submission of the NLT 1700 ET on 15 July 2026. Amendment A0002 is to clarify that the submission deliverable due on 15 July 2026 @ 1700 ET is for Phase One, Factor One only.
