The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 20 each up to 100 each maximum of a FUSELAGE SECTION NSN: 1560-01-425-2936, Part Number: 70304-02115-053 applicable to the BE UH-60 BLACKHAWK weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 20 each, 642 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. Forecast quantities are: 1st Year, 20 each, 2nd Year, 20 each, 3rd Year, 20 each, 4th Year, 20 each, 5th Year 20 each. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
