Description

COPIES OF DRAWINGS AND OTHER TECHNICAL DATA WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BEFORE RELEASE OF THE SOLICIATION. PRON: AX8F1032AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 20 each up to 100 each maximum of a FUSELAGE SECTION NSN: 1560-01-425-2936, Part Number: 70304-02115-053 applicable to the BE UH-60 BLACKHAWK weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 20 each, 642 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. Forecast quantities are: 1st Year, 20 each, 2nd Year, 20 each, 3rd Year, 20 each, 4th Year, 20 each, 5th Year 20 each. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
