Fully welded stainless and aluminized steel body frame. 11 Inch low profile cooking height on 6 Inch legs.1 Inch thick polished steel griddle plate with 12-gauge, 4 Inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes. 72 Inch W 31-1/2 Inch D 15-1/4 Inch H 6 Burners, 162,000BTU, 2 Drawers ? Fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame ? 11 Inch low profile cooking height on 4 Inch adjustable legs ? 1 Inch thick polished steel griddle plate with 12 gage, 10 Inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes ? Spatula wide 3-1/2 Inch grease gutter and chute are fully welded for easier cleaning and to stop grease migration ? One 27,000 BTU/hr. U shaped aluminized steel burner for every 12 Inch of griddle width ? One embedded snap action thermostat per burner with temperature adjust from 200 Degree F to 550 Degree F on Steel or Chrome plate; temperature adjusts from200 Degree F to 450 Degree F on Rapid Recovery plate ? Large 6-quart stainless steel grease drawer (2 drawers on 60 Inch and 72 Inch models) ? Heavy duty chromed thermostat knob guards ? One pilot safety valve for every two burners; safety will completely shut off gas to pilot and burners if pilot extinguishes ? Manual ignition ? Bottom heat shields ? ? Inch rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator supplied with the unit must be installed ? Natural Gas 4.0 Inch 3/4 rear gas connection. 4 each: HOSE ?
