Description
Amendment to Solicitation No. 36C26126R0019 0001, Project No. 662-23-105, Renovate Sterile Processing Service at San Francisco VA Medical Center A. The purpose of this amendment is to provide a copy of the sign-in roster for the pre-proposal site visit (See attached sign-in roster.) B. A copy of the safety & Environmental Record and EMR documentation Template is attached for use. C. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solicitation No. 36C26126R0019, Project No. 662-23-105, Renovate Sterile Processing Service for San Francisco VA Medical Center This solicitation is a total SDVOSB Set-aside. Applicable NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building; Small Business Size Standard is $45M. Disclosure of Magnitude: Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 This is a firm-fixed price construction requirement. Offerors shall furnish all labor and materials needed to perform all demolition, replacement, installation, and commissioning required to renovate the existing Sterile Processing Service in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW), Construction Specifications, and drawings. The general scope of this requirement is to construct via extensive renovation a sterile processing department that complies to current design criteria including HVAC and water processing. Execution will also require site prep and rental of a mobile processing trailer for the duration of the interior work. The Government intends to solicit to all SDVOSBs on the Open Market. The selection will be a trade-off between non-price factors and price. In accordance with FAR Overhaul 15.103-1, the best value trade-off sources selection evaluation process will undergo a trade-off evaluation. The Government intents to award without discussions the proposal offering the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. One firm-fixed price construction contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Offeror shall be verified as SDVOSB to be eligible for an award in SBA Small Business Search database at: https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ in accordance with 13 CFR Subparts 125.8 through 125.13, as well as the FAR, except where expressly directed otherwise by the VAAR, and 38 CFR verification regulations for SDVOSBs. SBA Small Business Search will be used as the official source for SDVOSB verifications for this solicitation. A proposal will be rejected and will not be considered for an award if offeror�s SDVOSB/VOSB status cannot be verified at the time of submission of proposal and prior to award. The Wage Determination General Decision Number: DBA CA20260018 dated 20260130 is applicable for this contract and project. An offer guarantee is required in the form of a Bid Bond, which may be submitted electronically by the proposal due date/time to the Contracting Officer, Daniel Jhun, by email at daniel.jhun@va.gov. Note: Performance and payment bonds will be required by the successful offeror within ten (10) days of Notice of Award.
