Description
MATOC Work Plan RFP: Multiple Construction Projects at Osan Air Base (SMYU 26-1056, 25-1054, 26-1043)This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a MATOC Work Plan. The offeror is strictly limited to the following eligible contractors under MATOC numbers: W91QVN-24-D-0023, -0024, -0025, -0026, -0028, -0030, -0031, -0033, -0035, -0036, -0038, -0080, -0083, and -0109.Project Requirements The Government intends to award task orders for three (3) distinct projects: CLIN 0001 (Project SMYU 26-1056): Upgrade Electrical Infrastructure, B1173 CLIN 0002 (Project SMYU 25-1054): Repair East Electrical Overhead Lines for P Feeder CLIN 0003 (Project SMYU 26-1043): Repair Gutter and Downspout, Multi-Facility Submission and Evaluation Strategy Fair Opportunity: This requirement is issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 16.505. Flexible Participation: Contractors may submit proposals for one, two, or all three projects. Individual Proposal Requirements: A separate and complete proposal package must be submitted for each specific project. Independent Evaluation: Each proposal will be evaluated independently. Contractors are eligible to be awarded multiple projects. Initial Proposals: The Government anticipates making awards based on initial proposals without conducting exchanges. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best terms immediately. The Government reserves the right to conduct exchanges if deemed necessary. Attached Documentation Please refer to the attachments for each specific project:1. Solicitation 2. Statement of Work (SOW) 3. Drawings 4. Submittal Register 5. Contractor Tax Exemption Declaration ** Site Visit: The offeror is strongly encouraged. Per FAR 52.236-2 (Differing Site Conditions) and 52.236-3 (Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work), offerors are urged to inspect the sites where work will be performed. Date and Time: Wednesday, 4 February 2026, at 0900 Hrs. Meeting Location: In front of Bldg. #600, Osan Air Base. RFI Deadline: All Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding the site visit must be submitted by COB on 2 February 2026.**
