Description

United States Navy is searching for a suppier for Part Number SP332ET-L Description: IC TRANSCEIVER FULL 4/4 28SOIC The SP332 is a monolithic device that contains both RS-232 and RS-485 line drivers and receivers. The configuration of the SP332 can be changed at any time by changing the logic state of two control pins. The device also includes a loop back function which internally connects driver outputs to receiver inputs for a chip self test. An MaxLinear-patented charge pump allows 5V-only operation. Features: FEATURES: 5V only single supply operation Software programmable RS-232 or RS-485 selection 4 drivers, 4 receivers RS-232 2 drivers, 2 receivers RS-485 Loop back function for self test 28-pin WSOIC package Detail Specification Manufacturer MaxLinear, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals nordoes it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisitionapproach; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by theGovernment not to compete this requirement is solely withinthe discretion of the Government. This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for anypurpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response.All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation tothe U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey.
