NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: THIS IS NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE FOR MRI UPS BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR VISN-15: 36C255-26-AP-1805: This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 intends to award a one-time, Firm Fixed Price, sole source award to GE Precision Healthcare LLC. For the purchase of MRI UPS Battery Replacement. This shall provide all equipment and accessories, and installation services at VISN 15. The MRI UPS Battery Replacement requires an OEM-authorized service provider and parts. GE Precision Healthcare LLC is authorized to provide the required service and parts. The intent is to procure the MRI UPS Battery Replacement mentioned above on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The primary North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811210. The most current Business Size Rating for this NAICS is $34.0 Million. Capable parties may identify their interests and authorization to respond to this requirement by May 28th, 2026, at 11:00 AM (CT). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Danzel.Streets@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
