Description
The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source RFO FAR 12.201-1 to obtain services from Lovell Government Services for the Support and Maintenance for the existing equipment for Brainlab located at the Bronx, NY VA Medical Center located at 130 West Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468. Period of performance: Estimated to begin on 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2031 Basic description of the requirement: Bronx, NY VA Healthcare System requires a Brainlab Support contract to use with its existing OEM equipment. Place of Performance: Bronx, NY VA Medical Center located at 130 West Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Intended Source: UEI: MNH3STM1FTS6 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by July 6, 2026 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE BRAINLAB in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned. Firms that believe they can fully meet the Government s requirement must submit a written response that includes all documentation necessary to demonstrate authorized capability. At a minimum, responses must include: Proof of OEM status or OEM authorization (e.g., OEM letter, distributor/partner authorization, certification). A simple email stating capability is insufficient and will not be accepted. Technical documentation demonstrating the ability to supply, service, or support the exact requirement as described. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Contracting Officer Tevia Mastykarz at Tevia.Mastykarz@va.gov.
