This information in this notification is subject to change and in no way binds the US Government to award a contract. USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) CHT DISCHARGE PIPING FOR CHT PUMP NO.2; REPLACE POP: from 10/12/2026 to 07/31/2027 Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site SASEBO intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. To be eligible for award, offerors must be able to demonstrated their authorization to perform the required work within Japan at the time of proposal submission. Please ensure that your company meets these criteria and provides any necessary documentation to verify its status and compliance with Japanese laws and regulations.
