Description
Central Office in Washington, DC has identified a need to procure for modernization of three (3) passenger elevators and one (1) freight elevator. Also as a requirement, the elevator motor room must have its own separate entrance. Therefore the contractor will close off the current entrance from the engineer's room and bulid an outsidedoor with stairs to comply with building codes.
