Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS) has a need for community-based residential treatment and case management to include supportive housing for twenty-five (25) veterans with substance use disorders in New Orleans, La catchment area. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform residential treatment and case management for Veterans participating in the SLVHCS Substance Use Disorder Program (SUD). This acquisition is being procured as a fixed price contract, applicable NAICS code 623220, Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities, Size Standard $19M. Solicitation to be available on or about 04 March 2026 with quotes due approximately 10 days from the issue date, 15:00 Central Standard Time (CST). All questions following issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within seven (7) calendar days after issuance to aminisha.daniel@va.gov, using 36C25626Q0096 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to). Answers to questions will be provided via solicitation amendment.
