Description
The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Phillips Corporation (CAGE Code 3MPQ0) located at 7390 Coca Cola DR STE 200, Hanover, Maryland 21076-1937. The requirement is for the purchase of Performance Assurance for multiple Haas Machinery listed in the attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Phillips Corporation. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Phillips Corporation. under the authority of FAR 12.102, only one source capable of meeting the Government?s requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and the business size standard is $34,000,000.00.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the ability of the firm to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Complete SAM registration means a registered UEI and CAGE Code. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov for any amendments, which may be issued to this announcement.
