Amenmdment 0002 is required to: Add a second round of questions. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via e-mail no later than April 20, 2026, at 2 PM EST. Add Attachments J.2 Pricing Matrix, J.3 Format for Questions to be answered by government, and J.4 OAM26007S Answered Questions. Answer initial questions asked by the industry (answers can be located in attachment J.4) Remove Clauses H.10 �Most Favored Customer Pricing� and I.10 �Self-Hosting Option� Update proposal instructions Proposal Submission Instructions: All potential offerors may submit a new proposal, revise an existing proposal, or withdraw a previously submitted proposal. Any such action must be completed by the revised proposal submission due date of May 28, 2026. If no changes to a previously submitted proposal are necessary, no further action is required.
