Dole VA Medical Center The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 15, is soliciting for competitive quotes for a single award firm fixed price contract for vein visualization systems in support of the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. ���. Basic description of requirements: Seeking the purchase of vein visualization systems with wheeled stands. ���. See Section B.2, Statement of Work, for equipment salient characteristics being sought. See Section E.1 for RFQ submission requirements. See Section E.3 for Evaluation Criteria. See Section E.5 to complete Buy American Certificate. See Section E.6 to complete Place of Manufacture. ���. Set-aside Information: This solicitation is issued under FAR 19.502-2 as a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. ���. Solicitation Documents: Dissemination of the solicitation is limited to electronic medium. An Offeror's mailing list WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer, as it is the Offeror�s responsibility to register at the www.sam.gov website. ���. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this solicitation. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
